3rd Golf Tournament Raises $55,000!

THE THIRD EDITION OF THE BARRIE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT
A GREAT SUCCESS WITH $55,000 RAISED!

Launching the festivities surrounding the 75th anniversary of the Barrie Memorial Hospital, the third edition of the golf tournament on behalf of the Barrie Memorial Hospital Foundation was a great success. Held on May 30, $55,000  was raised during the event to be used to purchase a heart monitor for the Intensive Care Unit.

This fundraiser, held at the Saint-Anicet Golf Club, drew 101 golfers and 132 guests for the dinner. Yves Léveillé, Executive Director of the Caisse Desjardins du Haut-Saint-Laurent, along with Michel Hohuu and Danh Nguyen from the Familiprix pharmacy in Ormstown, were pleased to serve as Honorary Presidents.

Madeleine Greig, President of the Barrie Memorial Hospital Foundation, accompanied from left to right by Yves Parent, Interim Executive Director of the Haut-Saint-Laurent HSSC, Yves Léveillé, Executive Director of the Caisse Desjardins du Haut-Saint-Laurent, Olivier Pham and Denis Thibaudeau from the Familiprix pharmacy in Ormstown.

The Barrie Memorial Hospital Foundation, present throughout the community in providing financial support so that the Barrie Memorial Hospital can continue to improve the population’s access to quality services, would like to thank all the participants and donors for their generous contributions to this fundraising event.
